You don't sound ready for a manager. Do you have a career that needs managing? Are you that busy with auditions and scripts?
Seriously you don't need one yet. Get your training, build your resume, get an agent, then get a manager when you have a career to manage.

You and others like you are looking to get scammed. You do not need an manager. You need experience and training which may lead you to an agent. Then you have a chance to be an actor. No other way, Jose`
