my husband bought me a killer pair of black leather knee high boots. i wear them out to dinner with a winter skirt and a turtle neck or sweater. these boots are so comfortable id like to be able to wear them everyday but how do you wear them with jeans? do you get a wide leg (i generally stick to boot cut), or are you auppose to tuck your jeans in the boot, i really dont like that look at all. any suggestions on how to wear them everyday?

All of my bootcut jeans fit over my knee high boots and you can't tell I have them on. Flare leg jeans work well, too. Also, you can wear them with some slacks, but be careful of how they hug your skin b/c you might be able to see the line from the top of the boots or the fabric of the slacks may "stick" to the boots. You can also wear them with longer skirts.

if you can pull of the skinny jean, you could tuck those into. I normally wear my normal boot cut jeans with the jean under it. Too much fabric to tuck.

you could also do a denim, corduroy or wool knee length skirt with funky tights. I usually wear mine with a black and white tweed skirt. You could also pair them with a cropped pant in denim or wool for a more casual look. Just be sure your pants cover the top of the boot.

well you can always wear that height of boot under jeans or pants if the base of the boot looks good that way. the look would def be to wear a skirt or skinny jeans and tuck them in but dont restrict yourself to that look if you dont like it!

its whatever you feel comfortable in!! but there is no shame in hiding the knee high part so long as your cool with it!

go for a wide leg pant or one with a :mini-flared leg. I don't like the look of pants tucked into boots either :-)

Nothing, I'm a vegetarian so I don't buy leather.
