My favorite NFL team is the Colts.
I was strictly a college football fan when I was growing up and only took a passing interest in the NFL. Once I moved to Indiana to go to college I started to watch more NFL because well, football became a weekend way of life. Go to the home game on Saturday, spend the rest of Saturday and all of Sunday flipping between more games and Sportscenter. It was a wonderful stress reliever from my classes. I've always had a soft spot for the down and out team, and when I started following the NFL, it didn't get much more down and out than the Colts. And I just felt so bad for them, they constantly got made fun of and poor Jim Harbough, tossed aside the second they could draft a good college QB. It was rough going those first few years. I grew to love the scrappy little crap team down the way and suffered through some painful years. But they got it together. My college team on the other hand...I'm afraid they may be doomed to mediocrity. *sigh*

I'm a Steelers fan for 2 reasons:
1. I'm from near Pittsburgh, so you can't NOT be a Steelers fan
2. Although I moved from the area nearly 10 years ago, I remain a Steelers fan because of what the organization stands for. They're a class act, the Rooney family is the best, there's a huge history there, and once a Steelers fan, always a Steelers fan.

I live in New England, but I'm a Browns guy. I just chose them when I first started getting into football. They were the young team, new expansion, but with a proud history. They got no respect, but always fought hard. I also had a really good friend from Ohio, so I took it as a sign.
I used to be a huge Pats fan, too, but the cheating scandal made me check out once and for all. For years, the organization has been getting seedier. It used to be a very classy franchise, but Belichick has really scuzzed it up. Oh well. Go Browns.

Kei, the Colts didn't come to Baltimore and become the Ravens...
I love my Bears, they won a Super Bowl by dominating legitimately... they still don't have a cool and dramatic QB like McMahon... last year was surprising that they made the SB with their offense...
I grew up very close to the Chicago metro area...
the Pats highest point in their NFL history before 1996 was their loss to the Bears in SB XX(how could that be a low time?)
the Browns fan who used to be a Pats fan... isn't that ironic? Didn't some scuz-boy wipe out trying to bring the Browns some respect? Oh yeah that was Bell-chick...
bandwagon jumpers don't have a favorite team, that's why they are called bandwagon jumpers...

I'm a Pats fan. I have been since I was a kid. I grew up to like the Pats, I guess thats why. I watched games with my dad when I was younger and I guess he is the reason I am a fan. I have just stuck with that I guess. It just helps that they are a great team.

Eagles/ Ravens
Eagles- been a die hard fan since I was 6. My dad was an Eagles fan.
Ravens- I am Hurricanes fan, when it comes to college football. Was a big fan of Ed Reed when he was at the U. So, I started casually cheering for the Ravens when they drafted him. So, I will cheer for the Ravens until Reed leaves them.

Ravens fan.
I come from a long line of FORMER Colts fans, who became Ravens fans as soon as they got to Baltimore. My folks have had season tickets since I was 9 and they really sucked back then, so dont call me a bandwagon fan.
*Edit*
schufs-
No crap. My family stopped being fans of the Colts when they left in 83. And became Ravens fans in 1995 when the Brownies came to Baltimore. I said they have been Ravens since the Ravens got here.
