I have personally invented that but I doubt if it can make sense in English or not. I meant "Calm down".
if not , could you tell me a humorous alternative for that, Thanks.

"Don't say HI to your blood pressure!"

better still use a traffic sign, instead of Speed Limit, put Flow Limit, put 120 or 140, instead of speed driving kills, put high blood pressure kills.

Well, it doesn't really make sense, since you can't "play" with your blood pressure; you might "play" ON others', though! ;)

How about something politically based, like,
"Hey! Do a WMD check before starting a war!"

Or cooking based: "Don't taste the soup before the pot boils!" (oh, wait, there's already one like that!) ;)

Or Hollywood based: "Check your alcohol level, there, little Ms. Hilton!" (or Spears or Lohan or whatever rocks your boat!) ;)

Don't raise your blood pressure.
When blood pressure goes up life expectancy goes down.
Getting hot under the collar puts you six feet under.
Bring down your blood pressure or push up some daisies.
C. :)!!
