Probably not, because they're not looking for it. The Chinese are not interested in correcting the conceptions of people who specifically don't want to believe that the landings happened.

Even if it does find that the U.S. was truly there, the conspiracy theorists will still find a way to say that the Chinese never sent a lunar orbiter to the moon, or something similar. There is a ridiculous amount of evidence to prove that we were on the moon, yet many people still think it was faked; so the Chinese finding our landing sites probably won't prove anything to the conspiracy theorists.

it shouldnt be to hard to work out the approx position of the landing, if someone was so inclined to do so, the safe side of the moon is always facing the earth, (with about a 2% variable), due to the orbit of the moon around the earth coupled with the spinning on its own axis, so taking readings from photographs "allegedly" taken on the moon , with the earth in the background, it should be possible to narrow the search , if there was to be one, to an area about the size of utah or smaller, and as we know from google maps satalite pictures are able to see a hell of a lot.
if... nasa wanted to prove it was not a hoax, i shouldnt be that hard for them to do so.
and for all those... "stop asking the same question people out there" ....
your OPINION is just that... your OPINION!, its not fact, and neither is my OPINION.
just cause you say "stop asking the same dumbass question" doesnt make it any less of a relevant question.
get over yourself

I doubt it can see things that small on the surface, but I don't know many details about that space craft's capabilities. It would need a pretty high resolution optical system and camera to see something like that. But the Chinese have not released specifications on their satellite, at least not that I have been able to find.

why should NASA or the Chinese or the Japanese or ANYONE need to 'prove' that the US was actually walking around, driving around on the surface of the moon?.... it's only the few dimbulbs that think we WEREN'T, and they don't count for much... fer sure not enuff for a scientific mission to spend valuable time and resources doing something redundant up there....
it really did happen and you ditzes really need to stop asking or infering the same dumbast question.....
