Hoy ayaw og pautog - sounds like a slang in some kind of dialect...could possibly mean -
"hey, don't be fooled"
or
"hey, I'm not fooling you"

Asked for a second opinion. "Pautog" used in that context can also be translated as:
Hey, do not play hard-to-get.
But generally, "pautog" has a negative connotation.

I'm from Visayas so I know part of the "Hoy ayaw og pautog"
I know it means "Hey don't (verb)."
Ikaw ang lahat sa akin - You are everything to me
Magpakailan man - Forever

It means you are horny...thus your "thing" is pretty hard.
