No, not that I am aware of .. however (again as far as I am aware) the amount is fixed for the entire Lease (in your case I would guess 99 years).
NB> assuming you are in a block of flats, Management Charges will be on top of tis and thee ARE increased every year ..

I agree with Steve B, that technically there is no limit. It must however comply with what is written in your Lease.
If the ground rent is higher than your Lease, or your Lease is not clear, you can go to the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal, who will make an independent determination of what is appropriate to pay.
You can also enfranchise, which is the buying of the freehold, if you can get enough of the other tenants to buy with you. This way, you pay a lump sum for the freehold and once you opwn it you can all vote to reduce your ground rent to £0.
