Take it straight back where you got it.

If it is under a year old, then it is still covered by Acer's limited warranty.

They, should fix the laptop, or replace it.

But, remember.. DO NOT TAMPER WITH IT YOURSELF, as you could void the warranty.

simple...because it's an acer...acers suck!

anyways...it should still be under warranty. you won't be able to take it back to where you purchased it from to get it fixed, you would have to actually send it to acer. call acer customer service and tell them what is going on...they might be able to tell you what you can do over the phone.

I had the comparable situation the former day. My keyboard drivers have been up dated inspite of the indisputable fact that. merely till now logging off to place in yet another keyboard I remembered that the eco-friendly easy over the insert key have been on on condition that my situation began, hit the numbers lock key and grew to become into back in organization lower back.

Does it have a USB connection? Have you tried unplugging it and plugging it back in? Every once in a while, mine stops working, and this gets it going again.
