ok well your 16 and need some action I can understand..
How about:
Horse and Buggy ride
Walk around some kind of forest path then do your thing along the way ;)
Go to some hotel like you are in a room with family and just walk around go up floors in the elevator...
Go to a near by beach or lake have a friend set up a sheet and maybe MC Donald's have a little 20.00 stereo from Wal-Mart have it play some cute romantic song when you walk up. Maybe a candle or to lit to hold the sides down from the wind....

Go for a romantic walk, Have a cute little picnic that you've all planned yourself, go to the zoo, get a motel for a night, go for a moonlight stroll, dinner at your place, go out to a party with some friends, go to an amusement park, go to the mall, there are lots of things you can consider! :):) Good luck hun!! :):)

depends where you live. If you live near a coast, I would LOVE to go to the beach with my bf. If you live nowhere near a beach, I would take her to watch a beautiful sunset. It seems kinda corny, but so many girls would love that kinda thing. um, otherwise, I would just walk throughout your city, and just do whatever that she decides. Sometimes, I like to be the one that gets to decide where to go.

Well When my Ex and I wanted to be alone we went to the park, There was this wonderful evergreen maze, and no one would no where you were and it was easy to hide in lol.

a picnic .. an amusement park (are they still open??).. miniature golf.. (if youare okay with PDA).. bowling... you can always slide off to a corner on those kinds of dates
