...SO you are working on a project with your Boss and you spend the morning getting it done. It involved being outside and it is warm and sort of exhausting.
YOu get int he car to return to the work place and he calls the Office Manager and asks her to go to Lunch. he hangs up the phone and says " I did not ask you to Lunch because you are so good. She doesnt give a D*amn" then adds that he is proud of you.,....How would you feel???????

I would feel kind of let down...if you are doing a great job and he is proud of you, he should be taking you to lunch....preferably at a 4 star restaurant!!! Keep up the good work!

Yes, he's doing her.
And as long as he's doing her...he's not doing you so you should feel lucky.
(have lunch with people you like or by yourself, not your boss)
