Usually, I'm doing that when it is being put into first gear when I back out of my garage to put it into first gear. If I don't push on the accelerator then my car will stall.
At this point, I'm pushing on the clutch, and the accelerator, while going from neutral to first gear.

You do have to use the clutch and gas pedals at the same time while going into first gear, or it will stall. That's normal. I've done it on every car I've owned and never had to replace a clutch.

Are you fairly New to driving a Standard Transmission?

Clutch Peddle goes down, Shift Gear, Clutch Should be Released Moderately as the Throttle is Pushed Down Moderately at the Same time. Parasitic and over time you'll get use to it.

Pushing the Throttle to much will Wast Gas & Burn the Clutch if you release it to Fast or to Slow.

You're SUPPOSED to start on the gas while you're still on the clutch. The overlap should be brief (maybe half a second or so, tops), but yeah...if you don't, you will stall.

"Riding" the clutch (staying on the clutch a long time while you're on the gas) is bad for it, though. Don't do that.

Do some maintenance like a tune-up. It isn't wise to try to get around taking care of a car because it will fail when you need it .

it might burn up the clutch a little faster, but i'd suggest a tune-up, get the engine idling right... but it shouldn't hurt it really...
