What did you do with them? Did you test new circuits, troubleshoot old circuits, or verify that they were built to specifications? Did you need to come up with new setups or did you just do production checking with a fixed setup?

Based on that you can call yourself an experienced production technician who processed over ### units with a negligible error rate. Or you can call yourself a creative technician who was capable of putting together a test setup customized to meet a variety of development needs. Or you could say that you were the lead technician assisting equipment designers on a variety of new projects with responsibility for verifying the functioning of that equipment.

Phrase it in terms of what you accomplished to support your department and your company.

Add what the measurements are ultimately used for. Unless you are looking for a job in a related industry, the potential employer may not know what the meters and scopes do. Say something like -- I am proficient in the use of multi-meters and oscilloscopes. I used the instruments to take precise measurements for widgets which are ultimately used to save zillions of dollars to the whatsit industry.

Any idea what these measurements were used for? Did you do anything special, were you quicker, more accurate, any thing?
