I saw that movie this weekend and I hated it that she died in the end. At the beginning of the movie I didn't like her but then she turned her life around and I think that she should have lived. She got shot in her side but she was right there at the hospital it seems like the guys mother would have gotten a nurse or doctor or something to help her.

She died because she wanted to die. She knew that she was evil and wasn't going to change so she spent her time (have no idea why) going back to the hospital to lay next to the guy dieing. Weird. Personally I loved the movie. I'm glad she died. She was mean!

SHE GOT SHOT!!!! she didnt get any help afterwards. kind of hard to survive bloodloss like that. kinda sad cause I was just starting to warm to her character towards the end of the movie..

She got shot, and sent her 'essence' or 'lifeforce' into Nick in order to save him instead of trying to save herself. She allowed herself to die in order to redeem herself.
