Find a big hill...climb it slowly.
When you get to the top...simulate taking your outer skin off .
Place it on the ground and put a rock over it.
Know what you just did? You buried the victim that has kept you on this downward slope. Believe me....my victim is up in Ohio on top of Warrens' Mt. I brought the woman back down the lane. Until you can shed the victim you will tred water until you drown. What a waste of a beautiful person. I told you I was BLUNT!

point out their good points and their talents, if they have a nice nature,a nice speaking voice, reliable in crisis and so on, little things they may have done for you or someone else which were invaluable. Praise but don't flatter. Praise can be fact based, flattery is nice but not always fact based as most people realise.

Ginny,
You are most certainly worthy of all good things, you are the light in "my " day. Since knowing you for even this short a time, I believe you have made such a difference in my life. I have nothing but thanks and praise for you my dear, you are a most worthy individual and loved as well. Be proud of who you are, be thankful, and above all aways give thanks and praise...not to me, but to he who sees and knows all. God bless you Ginny, you are indeed a very good person and friend...huggs!! XX yours, bikerfrank :)

Surround yourself with loving and positive people. And always tell yourself that you are just as important as anyone else. Never let other people dictate who you are. Hold your head high and know that you are "Somebody". You are special, no matter what anyone else has to say. Never have people that are negative, verbally abusive, demanding, possessive, and dominate in your life. Clean house, so to speak and choose your friends carefully. Know that you are loved.

take a piece of paper divide it in two columns
and list what is good under one column and what is bad under the other..
99% of the time the good out weighs the bad so there is the answer and life is all better...

You as their friend need to tell them they are worthy. They need to be surrounded by people who love them.
