Which are you, and which is it better to be? At heart I am a leader, but no one follows me; I'm a lonesome leader. When I am the follower I don't get any respect and I don't like following people. I want to have my own opinions and do what I want, but is that good even when people don't follow?

what is important is that you know who you are and that you respect yourself. it is not about who or how many people follow. that is irrelevant. it is about you being true to yourself. you knowing that you are doing the best you can.... by doing this you will exude confidence and it is that which people enjoy and want to get more of in their lives... positive inspiration... that makes a good leader.. one that leads their own life well.
