Why not incorporate her when you feel the urge? Let her do it for you. Now, if you want it more than sex, then you need to see a psychiatrist, and find out whats going on in your head.

You mean wife watches you do that, ask to stop you want stop. You need to see a Neurologist. You have a problem, do masturbate and your wife watches that also, to me would be the end for me. My friend's husband would rather masturbate than have sex with a her, I just couldn't handle that all. If a man would rather do that than have some good sex than you would be alone every night to be able to have your self a little fun, while I would be at the Divorce Atty. filing for a divorce, some people call that jack off idiot and I agree 100 % with them, to me that would the most disgusting thing I can think of in a marriage.

I think you may have a problem if:
1. You've tried to stop and can't (or at least can't limit it)
2. You take care of yourself more often than you have sex with your wife
3. Your wife wants to have sex and you don't because you took care of yourself
4. It's affecting your work, home, and other areas of your life
There are a lot of ways to incorproate it into life with your wife (hopefully, she's willing). Do it together, let her watch, let her do it for you.
Seriously, if it's really a problem, it can end a marriage. You need to pay attention and determine if you have a problem. If you have a problem, get help.

Well, in my honest opinion..its not that your wife wants you to STOP masturbating all together (its unhealthy not to do it once in awhile)..but she's probably saying..in an indirect way, that she'd like to have sex more often than the two of you already are. She's jealous (of a hand?? you say...yes, it can happen) and perhaps you should try being more intimate with her, instead of going solo all the time. Believe me, its A LOT more fun when someone else is touching your *ahem*..you know lol.
