Facing the same person, problems, quirks and bullsh!t every single day of their lives. It gets to you. Plus too many people get married before they really KNOW the other person. What can seem like a "change" is actually just the real person you hadn't seen yet.

No one particular answer for this question.
I know in my second marriage, he turned out to be an abuser. Hind sight, maybe I could have seen some signs, but really he was on his best behavior for years! But once he found a weakness he used it against me forever or at least until I finally got away.
I think some cases, people have expectations of what a marriage should be and the other person doesn't have the same expectations.
Good communication and respect is key in a relationship. If you don't have those, you should forget it.

It is usually selfishness and an unwillingness to compromise, communicate and to empathize with ones partner in the marriage that causes negative changes in both spouses.
When marriage partners lack the commitment and spiritual connectedness to persevere and make sacrifices to build the trust ,communication, and joint decision-making, then the marriage may end in divorce due to infidelity by the "weakest link".

The desire to be free! If you feel like you are all the sudden chained down and can't do your own thing - it can drive a person crazy. You have to pick the right person - the one who loves you - good, bad and ugly. Hopefully that will give you some peace.
Oh and putting your heart and soul into your relationship can make your life outstanding!

There is nothing wrong with the marriage...it should be more like... what is wrong with people? Why do they change? Why don't they keep their promises? Why respect, consideration, communication and interest for each other vanishes? Why people become ***###?

That's not always true & it does NOT happen to every married couple. Marriage can only change for the worse if you marry for the wrong reasons.

People get lazy and forget that a relationship will always be work and compromise in order to be successful. They take their spouse for granted and it goes both ways making it double the impact.

after marriage, some persons change.
they get over confident in themselves .
they relax and dont try to reach out to their partner.
they gain weight, become lethargic, stupid, slow , silly.
the result is that they lose their partners very easily.
