Ice cream, whipped cream, coffee, and gravy. Maybe some wine, kahlua and baileys.
I too do a big spread every year. Usually the family and friends arrive about hour or two before dinner so I serve veggie trays, warm spinach dip and a relish tray. One year we had 20 people. I had to drop a dressed turkey off at a guest's house the night before and told them to bring it back cooked. I need two ovens.
The new addition to my menu this year will be candied Acorn Squash, and home made cinnamon ice cream.

MMMMM! Sounds good. I definitely think you should go for scalloped potatoes. Also, what about cranberry sauce? We always have cranberry sauce for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Lastly, what about some type of pasta salad or macaroni salad or something like that? My family usually has shrimp salad or potato salad. Other than that, your Thanksgiving dinner menu sounds delicious. Don't forget drinks like soda or sparkling grape juice.

I don't think any more carbos are needed, but in my family, we always have a relish tray, sweet gherkins, dill spears, big black olives and green olives.
As an appetizer, we always have a veggie tray with ranch dressing, and my sister-in-law makes a velveeta nacho dip that you pour on tortilla chips.
You've got to make sure everyone can hang on until all the food is there, so appetizers are a must!

P.S. That's a LOT of food! Do you have room for the leftovers in your fridge? Even if you guys eat on it twice...

The menu seems such as you're Italian or cooking for an Italian family members. The butter & herb roasted turkey and the garlic mashed potatoes are making me hungry in basic terms questioning approximately them.

I think that looks good- honestly you probably don't need that much pie since you have so much food. If you really want pie I personally love chocolate pie, but otherwise the menu looks fantastic!

Can I come? I hate cooking and your meal sounds delicious. You are missing cranberry sauce though. I will bring it when I come. What time should I be over?
