Parents that are better looking then their kids?

Don't you think it would suck if your mom or dad was much better looking then you are?
Some examples are:
Rumer Willis and Christi Brinkleys daughter. I am not saying these girls are unattractive but society says they are and society also says their moms are hot.......I just imagine that sucks.....Thoughts?

I hate that so bad because people think my mom is my sister that`s aweful I really want to kill those people when they say that

EVERYONE, no matter how hot or how ugly, has good features and bad. Even the ugliest person may have pretty eyes, even the hottest person may have bad teeth.

So, when you get 2 people who are good looking, but their baby inherits the bad qualities of both.....you get an ugly kid. And that sucks for the kid. I know a lady, beautiful face, long silky dark hair, big brown eyes, tall, curvy......and her daughter is this lil short, fat girl with frizzy red hair, buck teeth, thick glasses and a smashed up face. And every time I just wonder....how did that happen?? the kids has almost no traits of either parent! Grandpa George possibly? lol

But I've seen the opposite too. Two ugly parents and a cute kid, and you think "That kid's too cute to be your kid."

A friend of mine was a fashion model in the 1960's.She is still a good looking person. Her daughter was born with a facial deformaty.You would never know there was anything unusual about her daughter because her mom and friends treated her just like anyone else and she wasn't hung-up on her looks.I quess beauty is really in the eye of the beholder.

I think my parents were hot. I think my sister and I are really hot. So I think for the most part it is the apple of the tree thing at work. And of course, there are exceptions, like Steve Tyler and Liv Tyler. But I am sure no one would ever say it to these people. That'd be rude and cruel.
