For a: add 3 to all the x's: (2, 3), (3, 4) and (5, -7)

For b, just add 3 to all the y's: (-1, 6), (0, 10) and (2, -4)

(a) when x = 2, f(x-3) = f(-1) = 3, therefore (2, 3) is on the graph, as are (3, 4) and (5, -7). You just add 3 to the x-value of each given point.

(b) when x = -1, f(x) = 3, and f(x)+3 = 6, therefore (-1, 6) is on the graph, as are (0, 7) and (2, -4). You just add 3 to the y-value of each given point.
