It was a fake! Nice try though.
Jimmy doesn't have the highest IQ of any president. He was an average IQ.
And it doesn't take a high IQ to get a degree in Nuclear Physics. I know many people with degrees that are dumb as bricks but are good at taking tests. All it takes is a good memory and you can easily get a degree. Memory is not equal to IQ.

I don't know about that, but I've read that same number in regards to GWB's IQ.
I'm not saying I completely buy that theory either though. There are times when I feel like GWB plays the dumb card.
