I got accepted to Roberts Wesleyan University in Rochester, New York. Ive also been accepted to Olivet Nazarene University in Illinois. I think I would really rather go to Roberts but I dont really know yet. The thing is that Roberts costs $3000 more AND Olivet is giving me a $8000 a year scholarship. in order to get anything from Roberts i have to got there on the 30th of november throught the 2nd of December to take a few essays and i might qualify for a full ride. If i go i am guaranteed at least $5000 a year. But i will have basketball practice if not a few games that weekend. and i live in California so its not like New York is right around the corner. Is this a sign that i pretty much shouldnt go to Roberts?

No. I can tell you what we do at my school. We invite top students to come to campus to interview for the full ride scholarships, not promising them anything, but in the end, some of the students get a full-ride, while the others get half their tuition paid. I can't guarantee they will do the same, but it could definitely be worth the trip if you go.

Wow that's a lot to take in huh? I guess that is a big part of growing up What are you going to college for? That would weigh big on my decision. New York is a jog from Cali but, dude so is Illinois seriously but, hey I would follow my heart and what you really want we only live once and I think from talking to you that u deserve the best so I say weigh both of your options and go with what fits you best.
