You're not much of a friend for even asking!!! Friends are hard to find, though we go through a lot of associates. Why
does his or her preference matter if they are a good friend. It's not a reflection on you. I went to high school in San Francisco..loved to hang out with my gay guy friends...we always had big fun and they didn't expect anything at the end of the night.

Why wouldn't you? They are still the same person that you like to hang out with. Why should their sexual orientation change anything. Besides, what does it say about you that you would dump a friend because of being gay.

Yes, you can still be friends with them, however, if you are uncomfortable or don't agree with homosexuality then you need to let them know that. Be honest, honesty is the best policy. I have cousins who are gay, however, I don't love them any less, we have fun together when we hang out, but they do know I don't agree with their lifestyle so neither of us bring it up when we are together.

Absolutely. Just because your friend is gay doesn't make them a bad person, or less of a person. It is only their prefrence, and if they are your real friend you will respect their preference and not judge them for it. Good luck to you

why wouldn't you be? they haven't changes personality wise! what if you were gay and your "friends" were debating over whether or not they should still be your friend. how would you feel? in this time they need friends more than ever. there is no reason not to be friends with them, unless you are a suckish friend with no regards to his or her feelings!

If you want to be their friend, then do so. If you have no interest in being gay you need to make that clear, though.
