i don't think you measured your blood pressure correctly. were u standing or sitting (the standard is sitting)? if you were sitting, how long were you seated before you take the measurement (the standard is 20 minutes)? is your measured arm at your heart level? after the measurement, did you measure the other arm for confirmation (the standard is both arm if in doubt)? what is your pulse rate (this could be white coat hypertension, due to anxiety)? did you happen to flex your muscle during the measurement? did you move your arm during measurement?
are you overweight? do you exercise?
anyway, just a measurement don't mean anything. i'm a 106/64 pr 51. but measuring at diff time diff condition, i can be 136/84 pr 80. so your case might not be that serious, don't scare yourself. buy a home-use blood pressure machine measure a few times, i believe the readings will be different.

Maybe you need to talk to your parents and get a check up.
Assuming you aren't smoking or doing drugs..........I have heard that they elevate the blood pressure.........That reading was to high.........better see a doctor...

Have it checked out by your doctor, if you don't have one go to another machine and check it out. It could be an anomoly or something is wrong with the machine. If you are really stressed out when you take the test that will affect you too. Good luck. And watch your salt intake.

Well, you could go to a different department store and test it if your out-and-about.
You could/should also see a doctor and find out for sure.
