I don't mean those incurred by the usual relationships of family, business, etc...I mean do we/should we have any responsibility for one another simply as fellow human beings?

there are alot of them! few are ..we should make sure all humans are safe from all the harm we can cause to eachother like from physically or with our words...we should be caring towards everyone and help people out coz we never know we cud be the next one who is in trouble...if v help people today they mite help us in future! this is what lacks in this world and that is why we have so many problems amongist nations in the world...if we all understand our duties to eachother this world can be like one home for a family that consists millions of human beings

no i don't think we really actually have any responsibilites to each other.

Obviously we have things that we should do for one another. We all should make sure that no one has harm caused to them and that everyone has human rights etc. but if you think back when it was survival of the fitest as humans basic instinct was to protect themselves not others.

Darn good question. Right off, I'd say safety and food.
