I usually try to unless I have learned through previous experience that my heart is leading me in the wrong direction. Then I have to fight hard to keep my heart from taking over. There are many times in my life that my heart has made irrational decisions...based only on feeling, not logic. These decisions aren't always in my best interest.

Not right away because the heart is more treacherous than anything and is desperate. I find it better to think with heart and mind. they are a fine tuned engine that must work together to achieve a goal.

i could prefer to understand the place the full coronary heart element got here from. you do no longer hear jointly with your coronary heart, your coronary heart does not injury whilst your lady chum breaks up with you, and so on. If something you experience that soreness on your abdomen, yet overall this is the techniques that controls emotional reaction, no longer your coronary heart. to boot, have you ever considered what a coronary heart quite feels like? that's a disgusting, gooey pump/bag. Telling somebody "i've got given you all of my coronary heart" is like asserting "right here, I crapped in this bag and that i prefer you to have it"

Sometimes I do, but if my head has another answer that makes more sense, I ignore what my heart says--because it has been wrong so many times.

I absolutely trust my instincts/heart every time! It has never steered me wrong, and I have regretted it when I didn't listen!

depends on the situation. I don't always but those times that I have I'm very grateful. Those time that I haven't I'm mildly disappointed with the outcome.
