I don't know about Cypress but where I live, near Katy/Richmond, they can't build houses fast enough. The market, although suffering somewhat, has not slowed down here.

Just moved to Houston and the realtor said that Cypress was the best place to buy - newer homes at reasonable prices and an excellent school district. I chose to move closer to work but that was my 2nd choice. It's a nice piece of suburbia.

Cypress is still expanding, mostly with very upscale housing.

it is exceptionally much impossible to qualify for loans now except you have solid credit. regardless of if, in the experience that your income is solid and you have a adequate down fee you will desire to have the means to qualify, yet at an exceedingly intense interest fee.
