Here is the order I prefer them in:
1 Gabriella Marie
2 Lizzie May
3 Alisha Grace
I like Michael the best then Sean!

Gabriella Marie -I don't care for Gabriella because I can't stand the nickname Gabby. I would try to insist on Brielle or Bri as a nickname, but I would be concerned it wouldn't catch on. Also, unless Marie has a special meaning to you, it's one of the more generic middle name choices out there, I would skip it unless it's a family middle name or something like that.
Elizabeth May is a sweet name, but I don't like giving nicknames as a legal name. Also, I don't like the name Lizzy. If you name her Elizabeth May, you can call her Lizzy May, but she could decide she likes Betsy or Zeb better (my best friend in high school was Elizabeth Ann who went by Zeb.)
Alisha Grace -It's okay. I find the name Alisha boring and kind of dated, but it isn't awful at all.
Adam Michael -I like this name if you spell Michael correctly. I want to say Micheal as "mitch-EEL" instead of "MIKE-ul". This is my favorite of your boy names.
Michael Jack -I don't like this one at all. Michael is a very common name for men, and Jack sounds very odd as a middle name.
Shaun Jay -I don't like this one either. I prefer Sean as the spelling, or if you want a phonetic spelling, Shawn. I've also never like the name Jay because it feels very incomplete as a given name. Sean James, Sean Jason, or Sean Jacob are all better.

I would make some changes;
Gina Marie I think Gabriella is too long and formal
Michael Adam Just a good strong name

I like Alisha Grace for a girl, and Adam Michael for a boy. I think they flow the best.
