Does anyone have a good tutorial for making an origami rose? (Robert Lang rose)?

I have no clue how to make the Robert Lang rose, I have seen the CP. I was wandering if anyone has a GOOD tutorial for making this rose. OR any tips on making the rose.

I'm afraid there aren't any thorough step-by-step instructions for Lang's Miura-ken Beauty Rose, however the following thread on the origami forum at http://www.thekhans.me.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?p=9154 has some good tips and pointers.

I'm sorry you think it's a bad tutorial. Maybe you don't have enough experience for this kind of rose yet?
