God has blessed me with my beloved husband and we have had tough hard times. The thing that could have been a little but better was my attitude when all hell broke loose and if I could do anything over or better not to have such sky high expecations of my husband how I was raised and what I married into was tow different things, but I made a vow to make it work I am married 14 years now. Each year gets a tiny bit easier with accepting things but there are some parts I would never want to do over or go through again.

Should I answer this? "no, probably not" I am going to anyway "you have no experience being married". Shut up other voice in my head.
I think that will always be in the back of a person's head. If you could have done better...and "what if I would have waited". You never know what the future is going to bring...for all you know/knew you were not "destined" to marry the person you did. Then someone comes along that you "click" with better...etc. I feel like you have to live with the choices you make.

Honestly, I am not just saying this because I love my husband so much but when I look around me at other people's husbands, and the problems they have, and what else is out there...I would have to say absolutely not!
While he does have some minor flaws(as does everyone), they can be overlooked and the positive far out shines them anyway. I consider myself very lucky to have landed such a great man for myself and children.

Early in a relationship there are always questions; however, after years of marriage there is no one out there who knows me like he does - and still loves me. But could I have done better all those years ago? If so, I'm glad I didn't.

eventually my bf and I will get married, but I can honestly say that I can't do better. He is honest, very caring, intelligent and has great morals. He treats me like gold and my two boys as well. I couldn't ask for anything more.

Define "better" better looking, more money, smarter, better lover what? ..... yours is a question that can drive a person crazy......all you can say is that if you had married someone else other than your spouse, things would have been different.
