The way things are going, Is al Qaeda more likely to get a nuclear bomb from Pakistan or from Iran?

My answer will probably be out of the subject but in the same context i would say that every nation who made nukes always get the technology from some illegal way...its never given through a formal agreement same way yes if the terrorists could approach this much may be they can avail a similar thing some way cuz they dont have any scarcity of funds.....may be Governments have banned few organisations and their accounts but the main issue are those organisations who brain wash an ordinary person and finaly that person exists the first primary organisation and decides to implement his thoughts by force.....so i feel basic root cause of terrorism are those organisations who make such mentalities but unfortunately no one cares about those organisations, every one is trying to cut the leafs whether usa or Pakistan or any other country...but what about the roots may be temporary by killing these people a hold stage will come but after some time the roots will give new leaves and again the problem will start....I always wish that some organisation could conduct a research study via questionaire that will ask specific questions like a question "Do you think that you could also kill some other for the sake of (whatever)...if one out of thousands replies yes"....then you may need to do a detailed research on the style of living and as unfortunately most of the terrorists are muslims and muslims have many sects generally Muslims are classified as Sunni and Shias which is not a true classification the sunnis it self have many branches according to various school of thoughts. Thus we need to determine the school of thought that is promoting such thoughts cuz one this i could bet its not all muslim school of thoughts that emphasize on such activities. Like in Sufism you will never hear any such promotion so blaming all muslims as terrorist you will agree too that is not justified atleast some INSTITUTION or Govt. has to take a move now .... may be the world could get of terrorism by placing a bann on a particular school of thought and its relevant organisations (may be in 100s) .... this is what always hurts me that the lable of terrorism comes always on all muslims which is not true...why we are being punished and hated for the acts of others.....world dont understand the ground realities.....I am a Pakistani and i can bet one thing that "No Democratic Govt. could end terrorism in Pakistan" why the terrorists doing suicide attacks in Pakistan cuz they want Govt. not to interfere in their business....in case if a political democratic Govt. is formed in Pakistan they have to come in power by having some agreement with all the trouble making organisations in the country........thus they have to agree on this to keep peace in the country.....may be temporary the world feel that due to democratic Govt. in Pakistan the terrorist activities have been finished but they dont realize it will make the situation more worst then ever.....there is no solution except to find out the roots ..... cuz these roots will keep on growing and certainly when they feel they are in position to capture the Govt. of the country yes they will go for that.....I wish my point is understandable to the world.....and some one could take some measure some thing some efforts.......

The way things look now: Pakistan.

Yes, the corps in charge of the weapons are the ones most loyal to Musharaff, but his regime is not looking pretty shakey at the moment, and the support for Al Qaeda in Pakistan is huge and growing rapidly. And, Iran is still years (maybe not a lotta years, but still years), away from actually being able to make a nuke.

Why get it from Pakistan while there's America? (leaving Iran because she need lights of years to become advanced)

think about this, they succeeded in entering and destroying wtc, can't they just enter again and bomb the reactors from there? and the later is more easier than the first complicated one

Iran doesn't have one except in Dubya's imagination. I guess that leaves Pakistan-call up the Stealth Bombers.

Pakistan has demonstrated possession of Nuclear weapons.
Iran has not and probably does not own any.
That alone should give you an answer to your question.

Iran or Russia's black market. Pakistan is still under a lot of scrutiny for it's role with proliferation.
