It's Noni Juice. Is said to be all natural and very good for you. Research it and decide for yourself. I have heard people that swear by it's benefits. Certainly wouldn't hurt you, I wouldn't think.

I think you mean Noni juice? I think it is just supposed to be nutritious and has healthy phytochemicals.
