Webkinz and club penguin. I babysit a 6 year old and those and nick are the only sites that he is allowed on.

Cartoon Network & Nickelodeon both have lots of fun things for kids. Also, youtube has loads of old videos/tv shows....like Gilligan's Island, etc.
