I mean when I see conclusive proof that I am wrong about something be it what i Believe to be true or just a certain viewpoint, I change my thinking. But I have heard tons of Liberal people get so angry they start yelling if you challenge them. Especially the HildaBeast.

Because they don't understand the concept of fact based logic or how to argue with factual support. They have no foresight and do not consider the consequences of their actions. In their minds they are much more "enlightened" than the rest of us, and it's their job to make us conform to them. They live in a world where decisions are based on how the choice makes them feel. If it feels go do it, with out any regard for the damage that decision may cause later.

That's the way the world goes round.
But most people suffer from cognative dissonance to some degree. The unique ones will shift positions with new information.
To some extent every one thinks they are right.
This is not unique to Liberals. I remember the story of how Beetoven scratched out the dedication to Napoleon on his Eroica Symphony ...after Bonaparte invaded Austria.

in my opinion, i do no longer constantly label those I disagree with as Limbaugh worshippers -- yet there are circumstances you are able to tell who's been listening to Limbaugh, watching Hannity, or analyzing Malkin. this is all pertaining to to the language. you are able to tremendously truly tell what pundit they have been getting their speaking factors from simply by fact they do no longer even difficulty to place the practise of their very very own words. "Embolden," "in injury's way," "help our troops," as an occasion are ineffective giveaways that somebody is merely regurgitating. whilst human beings do no longer think of for themselves, analyze, or query the data they're fed, they should be labelled any nasty call interior the e book, and if "Limbaugh worshipper" suits the invoice, so be it.

OK.......

here we go...

now do you think that anyone trying to win the office and have power to that extent...then...guess what...they will probably never be wrong...

When you hear liberals talking about conservatives and vica versa there will never be a way to change it...it will never happen...

Once they show that they are wrong...then that will show a kind of weakness that the US citizens and media will tear apart and that....will in turn...

make them lose...

since that is the only way to win...then guess what...

NO ONE WILL EVER BE WRONG!

I'm conservative, and I believe I'm right!

If I thought I were wrong I'd just change my views.

My primary loyalty is not to a party, or even a philosophy, but (after God and country) to myself and my family.

Whatever I think benefits us is what I support.

So by definition, if I thought I was wrong I'd simply correct myself. Why bother saying or writing something I don't believe?

Although I try to understand the reasoning used by all sides. One can understand the logic behind differing views without agreeing with them. In fact, I'd say that one CANNOT be comfortable with one's own views if one does not understand the arguments of all sides.

For what it's worth . . .

:)

I find it interesting that liberals, who are often science-minded, are seen as lacking in logic by conservatives. This is especially strange because conservatives tend to be a group of people who believe in a magical man in the sky without any regard to evidence or logic.

Stop looking for the boogey man, dude. He doesn't exist.

Most people think their views are always right. It is important to stand up for what you believe. This is not a trait of just liberals, but of conservatives and moderates too.

The key is, are you willing to listen to other points of view and be willing to change if convinced otherwise.

That's what bothers me about conservative talk shows. Whenever they have someone on the hosts just interrupt and talk over the guest with an opposing view. I wish they would let them talk so others can make up their own minds.

I am sure that certain Liberals as well as certain Conservatives think they are always right. I have seen them both on here. Before you start accusing, take a look in the mirror.

Plenty of conservatives too. I don't think it has to do with what you think politicall as much as your personality, like not wanting to admit you're wrong, and it goes for a lot of things not just politics.
