What? You mean like half way down the eyebrow? Oh, LOL, I hardly see boys here without them having a shaved eyebrow anymore LOL. Some people say they're in gangs but I don't think SO MANY boys are, maybe it's fashion or something.

It means he's either stuck in '89 or trying to be retro. Some of it may have to do with organizations but I doubt that that is the case in the vast majority of the ones that you see. More likely, they've seen one too many Big Daddy Kane videos.

Its the simplicity of fashion and to look 'good'.my friend's brother would get 2 shaved lines in each eyebrow every couple months just to 'get the ladies'(LOL).I manly see it on black guys but I'm sure there are plenty others who have it.
