Not trying to knock your vegetarian lifestyle but....turkeys were put on this earth to be eaten. Our forefathers created this tradition way back in the day. I like tofu also, but have never heard of a tofu turkey.
While I am sucking on a turkey leg, have fun eating tofu and veggies. :)

well when you think of it most of the side dishes are veg anyway as are the desserts. you can also make a stuffing with no meat that is what my family does for me. so that's easy. i would go to a health food restaurant and find a tofurky.

*wow, why is everyone being so rude. what do they care if other people eat turkey or not? a fat, hormone filled dead turkey. ugh.

I would say go to the craft store and buy some modeling clay. Form it in the shape of a turkey and bake at 400 for an hour.

Same difference.

Yuck! It's not thanksgiving without a real turkey, sorry.

Green bean cassarole is very good. The receipe can be found on campbell's cream of mushroom soup & french's french fried onions

don't forget the food coloring for the love of God, my girlfriends sister made one last year and I threw up at the site of an off white shaped turkey.
