At the current moment I am living with my boyfriend and his mom because my parents kicked me out. And truthfully, I am much better off with the two of them because I am much happier and plus my mom and I never met eye to eye either.
Basically, I am not planning on getting child support from him but I was just curious if I or any other person that gets things subsidized by the gov. My friends told me that I can and should, but I figured you couldn't.
At the moment I am deffintley not planning on taking him to court or any of that crap. It's a waste of time for me. And I don't have much time. I'm on WIC, and OCY helps a little bit I guess.

If I ever wanted to would I be able to collect child support from him?

Thanks.

If you and the child are living with him, then, no, you cannot get child support. The law generally sees living with him as him contributing to the support of the child.
Addition: Though you do need to keep in mind what hexeliebe is saying. You need to report to WIC and OCY that you are living with the father of the child. If you don't, it could be considered welfare fraud.

Because you are on WIC and OCY YOU wont be taking him to court, THEY will.

Both parents are responsible financially for their child so if your boyfriend is the child's father, he will be paying support .

You should also think about something else. If the boyfriend is the child's father and you are living with them without claiming such on your WIC and OCY forms, you may be in line for a welfare fraud charge.

If you are old enough not to be classified as a run away, then no. Otherwise you will just be returned against your will.

Child support is rarely ordered to be paid directly to a child as you are either old enough to be on your own and therefore should support yourself or are not and should be returned home.

Why don't you just get a job and then you wouldn't need to be a leech. You probably got kicked out from your parents house because you wouldn't help out. If you aren't going to seek support from him, why are you asking the question?
