Normally, the 160-168 LSAT would not be enough to get you into a Top Ten school (I had a 166 and was only slightly above average at a good, but not top 20 school), but you never know. A few years ago I had a student who was in the lower 1/4 of my MBA class. He was a nice guy, but not a great student. He asked me to write him a reference which would get him into a top 10 school, and I told him that while I would be glad to write him a reference, I had to be truthful, and I could not say that he belonged at a top 10 school. I could write him a reference to get him into a decent law school. He was furious at me, accusing me of bias, but that had been my honest experience of him in class. Well, lo and behold, a few years ago I noticed that he had graduated from a top 10 law school. As I said, you never know.

I don't know why you can't....its just a matter of what your competition is. It sounds like you have quite a good number of credentials and if you can get some professors to write good reference letters that will help.

Also, the graduate test you have to take specifically for Law school? You should score high on that, it will only work to help you.

I would apply to all three....
