I recently bought a car from suzuki auto plex in lincoln nebraska. i experienced lots of troubles dealing with them and they pulled me around every which way after i bought the car. well since i was tired of dealing with them i went to trade off the car i bought from them. when i got to a different dealer then ran a carfax and found the car has been in accident in missouri previous to my purchase. The car is not a salvage but it was a pretty bad wreck and could have sustained frame damage so i got hit with a really low trade in due to the wreck. my question is can i do anything legally to suzuki for not telling me the car i had bought was in an accident? I lost about $8000 from the trade in due to this and i want to know legally what can i do to suzuki so i dont end up getting completely smashed?

Probably depends on the specific lemon laws in your state.

They may or may not be obligated to provide you with the history of the car - as you know you can get it yourself these days.

But, if they can't meet the terms of the warranty, there may be laws. Maybe less so for used cars though.

OTOH, if you had the chance to have your own mechanic check it out - always wise when buying any used car - then they could hardly be accused of fraud or other bad acts.

Maybe if you hire a good attorney you can extract a quick settle met to take the car back and unwind (most of) the deal just to avoid the hassle of a law suit and bad publicity. that seems your best chance for a curse of action.

The query not ever got here up in UK, Europe or Africa. In the US, lever movements had been extra widespread at one time, while photographs had been quick and pleasant energy used to be no longer wanted. After WW I, the '03 Springfield grew to be acquainted, and its energy and accuracy had been famous out west, wherein lengthy photographs at better animals had been to be discovered. As a deer searching rifle, the Savage ninety nine, Winchester 88 and Browning BLR are nonetheless particularly well for virtually any person, however the ones with extra conventional traces and tubular magazines are quick-to-slight variety propositions in an afternoon while extra lengthy photographs are taken, and plenty of wish a rifle that may do for elk and moose as good as deer, and a number of the lever movements don't seem to be robust sufficient to manage the extra strong cartridges. And at present so much humans grew up with bolt weapons, so the lever motion is headed for issue to nostalgic use handiest. Rate of fireplace is inconsequential to hunters.
