Are you just referring to the final 53-man roster, or are you wanting an ENTIRE list? And are you suggesting listed as probable or worse on the injury report, or Injured Reserve?
This is a list of just the ones on Injured Reserve. At some point, almost every quarterback is listed on the injury report that starts, even if they play:
ARZ - Matt Leinart, John Navarre
ATL - None (Byron Leftwich Missed Week 9 with an ankle injury)
BAL - None (Steve McNair missed several games so far)
BUF - None (both starters have missed time - Trent Edwards is out)
CAR - Jake Delhomme (Vinny Testaverde, David Carr banged up too)
CHI - None, though some wish Rex Grossman would have his head examined
CIN - None. Rare exception. Carson Palmer has appeared on the injury report.
CLE - None. Charlie Frye got knocked out of a Week 2 game, then traded.
DAL - None this year. Tony Romo has been lucky - he's a gambler in the pocket.
DEN - None, though Jay Cutler is hurt now.
DET - None. Jon Kitna, despite injuries, has started all games under Mike Martz.
GB - None, though they just got Craig Nall as #3QB due to bench injuries
HOU - None. Sage Rosenfels starting for Matt Schaub (multiple injuries).
IND - None. Peyton Manning is rarely touched unless playing Patriots.
JAX - None. Byron Leftwich cut due to constant injury risk. David Garrard out now.
KC - None. Damon Huard was hurt earlier this year.
MIA - Trent Green. Should not have played this year.
MIN - None. Tavaris Jackson and Kelly Holcomb both on Injury Report this week.
NE - None. Tom Brady is always listed as probable on injury report because of Bill Belicheat.
NO - None, though Drew Brees wishes he had an excuse for Weeks 1-4.
NYG - None.
NYJ - None, though Chad Pennington is often injured. Currently benched too.
OAK - None, though both vets Culpepper and McCown have been out of games.
PHI - Not this year. Donovan McNabb is always playing through pain.
PIT - Not this year, though who can forget last year's Big Ben bike blunder?
SD - None. Philip Rivers is out of excuses.
SEA - None. Hasselbeck has been hurt occasionally.
SF - None, though Alex Smith has missed time lately with shoulder problems.
STL - None, though Marc Bulger has been showing his age this year.
TB - Chris Simms.
TEN - None. Vince Young has missed time and has a strained quad this week.
WAS - None, though Jason Campbell has been dinged up.

I feel Brady's going to have a best 12 months. If Romo struggles early he will see the bench and Kitna will become taking the Cowboys and strolling with that possibility. Look for Owens to part with Kitna. McNabb nonetheless essentially the most over rated opening QB within the league, I imply particularly what has he performed within the final 5 years. Eagles "D" is what used to be the spine of that crew and so they misplaced the leadr of the Defence. Cassel flops with out best receivers and one of the crucial fine strains. Collins remains forged, Warner is going to SanFRan and flops Vick will get a danger as a backup and is susceptible as ever.
