for the daytime use a shimmery brown or grey eyeshadow. use a brush and start from the outer corner and work your way in towards the nose. blend at the crease, but the majority of color should be on the lid. then take your brush again and brush the color along the lower lash line as if it were eyeliner. The brush will blend the color and make it softer. the color should be more intense at the outer corner of the eye than thhe inner corner. use a black mascara and make sure you get every lash. let the mascara dry between coats and repeat until lashes are thick and dark enough to your liking.

The only thing I would do different for evening and parties is to use a black shadow, or a dark purple or blue.

Maybe in the daytime you could do it with grey and white eyeshadow with pencil liner in the daytime and then at nightime use black and grey with liquid eyeliner! You could also put more on in the evening than you would in the daytime.
And for parties you could add some sparkly black eye powder like barry m dazzle dust, maybe even silver!

1. Apply black, mocha, violet, or navy eyeshadow on the lid
2. Apply black pencil on lashline and smudge it with a Q-Tip
3. Apply a couple of coats of mascara on lashes

For evenings, just apply the eyeliner a little more heavier!

Good Luck, Hope this Helped!
