I know many women who have been on birth control and who have still gotten pregnant.

well... being a young mother myself... i have to say I didnt complain about getting pregnant with my kids. I was overjoyed.
However I do know a few people who complain about it... its because they either want the attention, dont want the responsibility of the child, pity pity pity, they want to give the child up for adoption but are too scared of how people will look at them....so they think if they complain enough someone will just OFFER to take the child.
Maybe they are worried about labor? Or money? or if the fetus's father will return calls? LET ALONE pay support or give a damn about all those baby milestones.
My only complaints about being pregnant were my swollen feet, heartburn and mood swings. And I think every pregnant woman has those complaints from time to time :)

Because television,video's and movies all portray sex and not having any consequences.... It's romantic, hip and cool to be sexy and have sex. Rarely is shown the fumbling with birth control or missing BC pills or anything that might "interupt" sex... Teens see this and think it's cool to have sex so then an ooops happens and they complain.. Sex=Responsibility.. Birth control can often fail.. so it's good to use acouple kinds.. IE. Birth control/condoms better to be safe than sorry...

its not always as simple as that to be honest, i personaly fell pregnant while on birth control, taking it properly ect, it does happen to some people, then again i know of plenty irresponsible young girls who take that chance,
you cant put everyone in the same boat! we are not all irresponsible!

Same reason they like to drunk, then complain about a hangover.
Same reason they like to eat greasy food, then complain about zits.
Same reason girls wear high heels, then complain about sore feet.
Same reason they like to speed, and complain about a ticket.

WELL I DONT KNOW BECAUSE WERE NOT READY FOR SUCH BIG RESPONSIBLITIES.BUT AT THE END I TURNED OUT TO BE A GOOD LOVING AND CARING MOM AND SO IS MY HUSBAND HES THE ONE I LOST MY VERGINTY TO.

Becuase they don't understand cause and effect. Also it seems they all skipped health class.
