Other than Merced, UC Riverside IS the easiest of the U.Cs to get into, but even so, your grades and scores put you at the low end of what they accept. One suggestion: The way in which you have presented your activities is very negative, and this could be changed. You need to focus on your successes, rather than on discontinuing, losing, having trouble, etc. If this were to show up in your application, you may be looked at as someone who gave up on things, rather than on someone who was actively involved.

Contrary to what others say, you have a high chance of getting in. I know friends who got in with way lower SAT scores AND GPA. (Yes both combined)

For example:
GPA 2.8
SAT 1290

You should apply to other UCs as well.

Rather than ask a bunch of strangers with no credentials, why not check with the school?
