Arts & crafts stores that carry leathercraft supplies will have them.

Hobbie shops, arts and crafts, leather shops, sewing sections of department stores. The studs are what you see and usually have 2 to 4 sharp prongs that penetrate the leather. The prongs are then bent to the inside closed position which secures them to the leather. I have attached them to a matching piece of leather or vinyl and then glued the piece to the seat. That technique eliminates the need to remove the seat cover.
