64^(-4/3) = (2^6)^(-4/3) or 64^(-4/3) = (4^3)^(-4/3)

Since (a^b)^c = a^(b•c),
64^(-4/3) = 2^[6•(-4/3)] or 64^(-4/3) = 4^[3•(-4/3)]

Simplify the exponent terms.
64^(-4/3) = 2^(-8) or 64^(-4/3) = 4^(-4)

Since a^(-b) = 1/(a^b),
64^(-4/3) = 1/(2^8) or 64^(-4/3) = 1/(4^4)
64^(-4/3) = 1/256
