I think the front office of the NFL tells teams to play certain ways, like for instance to demand the Pats to pipe their play down in the first half to keep the game competitive against the Colts. It doesn't take a genius to figure out the Pats played down in the first half and turned it up in the 2nd.

I can't take this league serious anymore.

Either that, or it took until the second half for the pats to decode Indy's defensive signals. But I understand your point, and one thing to consider is that whenever there are large amounts of money at stake, the more likely it is for shenanigans.

No.

The Pats were outplayed in the first half, plain and simple. The Colts are a fantastic team and they had a great gameplan. Drop enough defensive players to take away the Pats' out patterns.
NE didn't figure out this strategy until the second half, when they started sending more WRs over the middle. That loosened up the D for the bomb to Moss.

Also, NE had a very tough time stopping the stretch run play in the first half, where Addai went crazy. In the second half they brought an extra defender up from the opposite side, and the Colts never adjusted with play action to send a TE out from the opposing side to stop this tactic.

Your conspiracy theory is a bit silly, particularly since of all teams the Pats are notorious for making games UNITERESTING by running up the score.

No. I once watched Mike Vanderjagt kick a game-winning field goal against Tampa Bay that hit BOTH uprights before going through. That would be a neat trick if NFL games were all rigged. And why would the Pats "pipe down their play" in the first half to keep the game competitive? The last time they played the Colts they blew a huge halftime lead and lost. If anything, they should have come out firing and hoped to hold on in the second half.

let me see here, the NFL executives deflated the football, extended the playing field, bribe the officials and drugged the players,in the second half, they put the air back on the football, replace the original playing field, and made the players drink a lot of black coffee to revive them, they also told the officials to go back to making correct calls or else

Paranoid. You don't like football, fine. Don't watch. But it's not fixed. The Colts are a very good team. It took the Patriots 52 minutes to gain mastery. I am sorry that they all can't be Patriots blowouts. Yesterday was a good game between well-matched competition.

I will stick to college now. Even with their little scandals of players taking gifts, etc. At least they are playing a real game, trying to achieve the NFL where they can get involved in this B.S.

Totally agree with vegasrob. Football is too hard to fix. 53 players to keep quiet. Maybe they could get to the refs though.
