Pure posture and not sitting/standing straight.
The medical term for this is scoliosis, which is a curving of the spine.
I also have this and have a less severe case, since the doctor said on most cases, or in later stages it comes with severe backaches as well.

Kyphosis. My grandmother was born with it--a birth defect. Her cruel brothers called her "Humpy" all her life.
