Would you live in a country where all drugs were legal or in a country where the penalty for possession of any illegal drug was death?

Interesting. Probably where drugs are legal. I know I can make the right choice either way. But I dont think killing people is a good punishment for using.

Who are these hypothetical nations?

I'd go with legal drugs, but only because death is an overboard penalty for drug use. In reality I think drugs should be regulated through legislation, but not to the extreme you put forward.

Legal. It would be more effective for tracking, healing and taxing. Plus it would create a whole new industry, That could be taxed!

neither if drugs were legal then every1 would do em and people would make lots of mistakes and i wouldnt go somewhere where if you have drugs they would kill you thats just inhumane
