I need a play for our class of 22 to do for our christmas assembly. It has to be about 20-30 minutes long, simple, and able to keep 15-18 year olds interested and laughing. PLEASE HELP!!!

Can you use younger siblings? What about The Best Christmas Pageant Ever? It's funny but you'd need some younger kids or some of your students would need to play younger which may actually keep them very entertained.
There's also A Christmas Story but the kids are a lot younger so I'm not sure that would work.

Do the Christmas shoes...look up Christmas shoes on Youtube and listen to the song and summarize it so it's more Christmas like....or by the movie christmas shoes.....it's a lot easier.....but the movie is wicked sad
