please i need to find out the best way to treat piles as i have had one for years now and not sure i want to undergo surgery to remove. are there any successful non-surgical methods of treatment:?

hun i am a pile surgeon so plz listen.there r no strict roles in piles surgery and it is treated with surgeon preference and experiance.it mainly depend as well according to the size of the piles.if they r external then surgical removal is very effective and the best.if they r internal then 3 modalities r available:
1 surgery
2 sclerotherapy by injecting a substance cause thrombosis and healing of the piles.
3baron band ligation which is very poular in usa.
now being u r terified from surgery plz ask your surgeon if band ligation is possible.
